Ever since I moved into my new apartment, I’ve been watching a man on the neighboring roof fly his pigeons. Everyday I’m mesmerized by his birds flying in circles, figure-eights and then returning to his roof. The other day I went up to his roof to shoot some photos and chat with him. I was surprised to learn that he kept over 500 pigeons in his coops. I was also surprised to see that he had baby pigeons that were only a few weeks old.
